Kids and adult yogaFLIGHT

Alumapalooza 2011 – Day 5:

Following the rivet master team contest, slaDE and I taught a kids yoga class that was even better attended and outstanding than the first one! slaDE is an incredible story teller, and weaved a circus story that had the children laughing, attentive and engaged for a full hour. It was fabulous :).

Following this, we taught an adult workshop attended diligently with adults who wanted to learn how to play and fly. Amazing yoga day!
