Life on the road thus far has been pretty exciting and filled with many positive and amazingly cool adventures, with much luck and good faith on our side. Today however, we started out on a rocky road learning some valuable hard-earned lessons that left us feeling a bit shaky and a whole lot foolish, as [...] Today began our epic journey from the depths of Texas, northbound, headed home to Canada for a summer season of family, skydiving and more adventures! Not sure what the future has in mind, but two events surely on the calendar …. our dear friends’ Lisa & Mike’s wedding, and our first Airstream rally at Alumapalooza. [...] Okay I might be over-generalizing here in a rather grandiose manner, but looking at the big picture, it seems that our Society and the planet that we live on is in a constant flux, leaving us: either chasing our tails in search of the magic solution to all that ails us (think money / bureaucracy / health [...] Oh crap! Our fridge door in our beautiful Airstream trailer just came unhinged, quite literally. How does one react when things don’t go quite as planned or expected? Do you become unhinged and broken? Or do you just breath deeply, hope for the best and give it what you’ve got to fix it in [...] I love our Airstream (especially Richard Neuman‘s sketch drawing!), and I truly can’t wait to hit the road. A life of adventure and joy awaits uS (although we are experiencing those emotions here, but we’re in idle mode at the moment). However, when I see a concept like this, put out by Airstream, my engines [...] Oh how we long to hit the road in our Airstream trailer. It’ll be fun working on and finessing the custom stuff inside our Airstream ‘yacht’ . Yeah for Airdreams! I just did a quick personalty quiz for an online contest and thought it rather intriguing to see what they came up with. I was somewhat startled at how 100% accurate this description was. Oh how I miss my travelling days. Soon enough …. our RVThereYet.ca tour is in the works for this year ! [...] Ever heard the remark “If this RV’s rockin’ don’t bother knockin?’” I can totally see us in our new Airstream, practicing our new yoga poses, rockin’ and rollin’ our trailer like this one :~) |
