A huge front crosses the Glenmore Reservoir on a crisp (-25 degrees Celsius) and clear afternoon.

I can’t but feel a little disappointed by the themes offered up with this project …. so again, another self-imposed theme for my week ahead … Signs! I really enjoy photographing interesting and unusual signposts. Sometimes the sign itself might be nothing special, but in the context of its surrounds, quite wonderful!
A busy wonderful day spent with Maureen and Ardy: a decadently healthy breakfast fit for a King, slaDE initiating Maureen to the wonders of yogaFLIGHT, passing an hour at The Five Tibetans yoga studio (with the whole place to myself!), lunching at the Atrium in Waterloo with Maureen and her two medical friends, garage sale…
92/366. Al and Pixie pose after landing from their wedding ceremony in Burner’s balloon, over the Arizona desert. Truly an inspiring couple …. skydiving is their passion and their forte (Al, having lost both of his lower limbs, is a tremendously talented freeflyer), and their love is as red as Pixie’s canopy.
This weeks theme of growth is truly a challenging moment to capture. Isn’t every moment a chance for growth and renewal? This will be my task, to portray to you, my beloved audience, a glimpse of how I perceive growth in my life, present, past and future!
