Life as we know it
Interesting how this cycle that we call life is a wheel which we are slowly wearing thin. Is it truly endless? One wonders with global warming.
Just my ranting thoughts ….

FEAR The purpose of fear is to protect us from life threatening circumstances. For example: to run away when there’s a bear chasing us, or to be careful when handling live electric wires. Fear can cause us to make an irrational response to challenges we face. Fear imposes limits on our minds, removing our clarity…
What a fun way to pass the afternoon … we went to the Calgary Adventure and Travel show at the Stampede grounds this afternoon. It was fun to dream of travels abroad and adventures extraordinaire … but those luscious visions need to be contained for just a while longer while we raise the capital to…
“Life consists of contradictions. You should know the day, its beauty; you should know the night and its beauty. And remember, they are not separate. Every day brings you to the night, and every night brings you to the day. It is one wheel, one circle, one organic whole. Once you understand that, then in…
Written by Regina Brett of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio. “To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I’ve ever written. 1. Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good. 2. When in doubt, just take the next small step. 3. Life is too short to…
Not sure if I mentioned that last week I went for a marathon job interview. The job-hunting process was beautifully easy in that I was referred to this job by my current boss. What a lovely lady … she felt that my skills were so extraordinary that she was happy to look for other work…

Global Warming…
I really don’t believe that the human beings living on Earth are in any ‘major’ way hurting the planet itself. I think it’s sad that we deposit so many terrible chemicals into the planets ‘blood’ (water) and that we kill so many ecological dependant species because of these actions…
…but as far as a planetary affect…we barely scratch the surface.
I went on that rant to say that this spherical shaped rock that we call home, hurtling through space at crazy speeds is on a course of it’s own! I believe that it regenerates itself and that we cause no threat to it’s awesome powers of reclaimation.
Global warming is nothing to worry about, the next ice-age though…well, the length of time it will take to completely melt the polar icecaps or for the next ice-age to come around is all dependant on the planet’s own evolutionary cycle. There is nothing we can do to stop or slow or change what is going to happen!
I think the human race will be lucky to be around to worry about any such issues that may plaque the planet. We are but a moment in the history of this world.
Ok, I’m done 🙂
